• Please note that adhesive fixings are not included, as different surfaces require different mounting methods.
• For most walls, doors and storage crates we recommend using quality adhesive strips such as 3M Command™ Strips.
• If permanently attaching your plaque, please use an adhesive suitable for your chosen surface. We are not responsible for any damage to walls, paintwork, furniture or other surfaces caused by the use, application or removal of adhesives.

• Wipe gently with a soft, dry microfibre cloth
• Do not use abrasive cleaners or chemicals
• For INDOOR use only
• Keep away from excessive moisture and prolonged direct sunlight
• Natural wood may gradually mellow in colour over time, which is a normal characteristic of the material

🌳 NATURAL WOOD & COLOUR VARIATIONS
• Every sign is handmade using natural wood, making each one completely unique.
• Wood grain, knots, markings and colour may vary slightly from the photographs. These are natural characteristics of real wood and are not considered defects.
• Acrylic colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings and lighting conditions.
• As every item is individually handmade, very small manufacturing tolerances (approximately 1–3mm) may occur.
• Due to the natural characteristics of laser cutting, slight darkening may be visible on the edges or reverse of the wood. This is completely normal and part of the manufacturing process.

📦 LEAD TIMES
• Every item is handmade to order and is never mass produced.
• Most orders are dispatched within 3–5 working days, although many are completed sooner.
• During busy periods, please allow the full estimated dispatch time shown on the Etsy listing.

❌ CANCELLATIONS
• Personalised items are handmade especially for you and may only be cancelled within 48 hours of purchase, provided production has not already begun.
• Once production has started, we are unable to accept cancellations.

🔄 RETURNS & EXCHANGES
